RHYS ISAAC-JONES AND EMMA WEST LAND EPIC CAMBRIA COMMERCIAL
Our lovely RHYS and EMMA have been cast as CAMBER and QUEEN ANEIRA, lead roles in a phenomenally huge campaign being planned by Cambria Quartz, a company who are massive in America. The campaign is made up of 7 chapters, which will be broken down in 5 x 30 second TVCs as well as 7-8 60 second online chapters for the US market. Directed by ALEXEI TYLEVICH, the shoot in Ireland will take 10 days. Epic indeed!
EMMA KILBEY IN THE LESSON
EMMA KILBEY is at the ST JAMES THEATRE all this week in a lunchtime production of THE LESSON by French Absurdist playwright EUGENE IONESCO. This classic one-act comedy is directed by GARY SEFTON and will be much better for you than a trip to Subway!
JOE EYRE TACKLES RATTIGAN AT THE ORANGE TREE
JOE EYRE is currently rehearsing the role of KIT in TERENCE RATTIGAN'S FRENCH WITHOUT TEARS at THE ORANGE TREE, directed by PAUL MILLER. Press Night is on 13th October and the run ends on 21st November. JOE went straight from his latest triumph, playing ORLANDO in AS YOU LIKE IT in Oxford, maintaining his record of 100% employment since joining RBM.
CHRIS LEVENS TRANSFERS TO WEST END IN TURING PLAY
Great news: CHRIS LEVENS has been asked to reprise his role in the HOPE THEATRE production of SNOO WILSON'S play about Alan Turing, LOVESONG OF THE ELECTRIC BEAR, which is transferring to the ARTS THEATRE with a run from 4th to 21st November.
ELINOR LAWLESS HEADS TO SCARBOROUGH
Fresh from her triumphant performance in THE BAKKAI at THE ALMEIDA, ELINOR LAWLESS is off to a very different production, playing DAUGHTER/GRETEL in HANSEL AND GRETEL, playing this Christmas at the STEPHEN JOSEPH THEATRE in SCARBOROUGH. Rehearsals begin 16th November, with the final performance on 27the December.
JEMMA CHURCHILL OFF TO SALISBURY FOR CINDERELLA
Our fabulous JEMMA has been cast as the BARONESS in the SALISBURY PLAYHOUSE production of CINDERELLA. Directed by RYAN MCBRYDE, the play opens on 2nd December, with the final performance on 9th January.
TANYA LATTUL CAST IN THE DRUNKEN CITY
The beautiful TANYA has been cast in THE DRUNKEN CITY by ADAM BOCK, to be directed by VIK SIVALINGHAM. The play will run from 24th November to 7th December at a London fringe venue to be confirmed. More news later.
SIMON HAINES IN NOTTINGHAM FOR KISS
SIMON HAINES is rehearsing for the role of MATTHEW RUBENSTEIN in THE RUBINSTEIN KISS, a multi award-winning play by JAMES PHILLIPS based on the real-life 1950s case of Ethel and Julius Rosenberg, who were executed for passing US atomic secrets to the Russians. This intelligent and poignant play is directed by ZOE WATERMAN and opens at NOTTINGHAM PLAYHOUSE on 6th October before transferring to GUILDFORD.
HOPE FOR JAK FORD-LANE
JAK FORD-LANE has been cast as ALLAN in the world premiere of 46 BEACON by American playwright BILL ROSENFIELD. This coming-out and coming-of-age play, set in 1970, is being directed by JOSHUA STAMP-SIMON at THE HOPE THEATRE, opening on 4th October.
SUSAN STANLEY TO STAR IN PRIZE-WINNING PLAY
SUSAN STANLEY has been cast as RACHEL in the world premiere of TOMCAT by JAMES RUSHBROOKE, winner of the 2015 PAPATANGO NEW WRITING PRIZE. The play, directed by KATE HEWITT, opens at SOUTHWARK PLAYHOUSE on 30th October and runs to 21st November.
JEMMA CHURCHILL IN HORNIMAN'S CHOICE
JEMMA CHURCHILL can currently be seen in HORNIMAN'S CHOICE at the FINBOROUGH, a quartet of one-act plays by the Manchester School of Playwrights, last performed professionally 90 years ago. Directed by ANNA MARSLAND, the run ends of 13th October.
ASHRAF EJJBAIR MOVES INTO STORAGE
ASHRAF EJJBAIR has been cast in HANDLE WITH CARE, a new, site-specific play by CHLOE MOSS for award-winning company DANTE OR DIE. Directed by DAPHNA ATTIAS, the production will be performed on 7th to 9th October at Urban Locker in Old Street, London. This run is completely sold out but further productions are planned for 2016.
ROB MACPHERSON LANDS ANOTHER MAJOR COMMERCIAL

Following his role as MI6 operative MILES BYNG in two episodes of the FOX21/TVS/TNT series LEGENDS, starring SEAN BEAN, ANDY DANIEL is about to shoot an episode of CALL THE MIDWIFE.
PAMELA MILES IN GIGI
PAMELA MILES has been cast as ALICIA DE ST EPHLAM in a new production of GIGI. This is very much NOT the musical but the original and much darker play. Directed by MARK GIESSER, the production opens at THE TABARD THEATRE on 28th October and runs to 21st November.
GALAVANT GO FOR PHILIP COX
PHILIP COX gets to demonstrate his wonderful voice in the Disney-esque, Medieval musical-comedy GALAVANT, directed for ABC by DECLAN LOWNEY, with songs by the wonderful ALAN MENKEN.

New client SUSAN STANLEY is currently playing the lead role of SERENA in the BUSH THEATRE production of F*CK THE POLAR BEARS, a new play by TANYA RONDER. Directed by CAROLINE BYRNE, the play runs at The Bush to 24th October.

MELANIE MCHUGH has landed a lead role in ASDA's Christmas campaign. The shoot, for MOXIE PICTURES, directed by NEIL GORRINGE, runs to 8th October.
DAVID CALVITTO IS STILL A CHRISTIAN
DAVID CALVITTO is currently playing THE ELDER in THE CHRISTIANS by LUCAS HNATH, directed by CHRISTOPHER HAYDON. The play, which transferred from Edinburgh, runs at THE GATE until the end of this week.

EDWARD LEADS THE WAY TO HONG KONG
EDWARD WAY has just finished a UK tour playing HEFTY HUGH, the lead role in the KENNY WAX production of WHAT THE LADYBIRD HEARD. From 3rd to 20th October the play travels to HONG KONG and SINGAPORE. A tour in Spring 2016 is also planned.
JOSEPH HARDY IS A DREAMBOAT
He's already done one Number 1 tour since joining RBM (The Hypochondriac, directed by Lindsay Posner) and now JOSEPH HARDY is on another one, in DREAMBOATS AND MINISKIRTS, produced by BILL KENWRIGHT. Starting back in June, this booking will take our Joe to 31st October.
ISSY RAYNER STARS IN STUDENT FEATURE
One of RBM's talented roster of young actors, ISSY RAYNER, has just finished shooting the lead role in BROKEN RAINBOWS, directed by FRANK STANWYCK, which will be shown at film festivals over the coming year.
EMMA WEST IN STEPHEN FRY MOVIE
EMMA WEST has landed the role of DOCTOR FRASER in the feature film adaptation of STEPHEN FRY's best-selling novel THE HIPPOPOTAMUS. She will be appearing opposite ROGER ALLAM. The movie is being produced for THE ELECTRIC SHADOW COMPANY by JAY TAYLOR and ALEXA SELLIGMAN and directed by JOHN JENCKS.
RICHARD HUW SINGS GARY BARLOW
Proving his versatility once again, RICHARD HUW has been cast as JOHN in THE GIRLS, the new musical based on the film CALENDAR GIRLS, written by TIM FIRTH with music by GARY BARLOW. The musical starts rehearsing next month, with performances at LEEDS GRAND OPERA HOUSE and THE LOWRY SALFORD to January 2016 with a West End option. Looking forward to it already.
JUDITH COKE ON MASSIVE TOUR
JUDITH COKE can currently be seen as PRIDDY GOODSTERN in JANE WENHAM, a new play by REBECCA LENKIEWICZ, directed by RIA PARRY. Inspired by real events in a Hertfordshire village, this story of witchcraft opened at the WATFORD PALACE THEATRE in September and is now on a tour of Suffolk and Essex before residencies at the WEST YORKSHIRE PLAYHOUSE, LIVERPOOL EVERYMAN, TOBACCO FACTORY and SALISBURY PLAYHOUSE. The tour ends with a run at the ARCOLA THEATRE from 5th to 30th January.
JUDITH COKE FILM WINS AWARD
RACHEL AND THE WULF, a film directed by MARCUS HAWK in which JUDITH COKE plays a central role, has just won BEST SHORT FILM at the PORTSMOUTH FILM FESTIVAL.
We're delighted to welcome JUDITH COKE to the position of ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR of RBM. As well as being a much-loved tutor at Guildhall (where Judith herself trained) since 2003, Judith is also a Trustee of TACT (The Actors' Children's Trust), Trustee and Board Member of the Orange Tree Theatre and Honorary Associate of the British Shakespeare Association. We know that Judith's wisdom and vast experience of all things theatrical will be invaluable to RBM as the agency continues to develop and grow.
RBM CLIENT WINS CARLETON HOBBS - AGAIN
Following in the footsteps of our very own HANNAH GENESIUS, RBM client GEORGE WATKINS is a recipient of the BBC's CARLETON HOBBS AWARD. This means that GEORGE will go straight from his feature film debut in THE HUNTSMAN to a residency in the BBC's Radio Drama Rep Company, where he will gain valuable broadcasting experience in another medium. We wish him well.
